Appointments & Online Booking
Online appointment scheduling is provided through Jane, a third-party practice-management platform. When you follow a booking link from this website, you may be directed to a website or service operated by Jane.
Your use of Jane’s services is also subject to Jane’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
Appointment availability, services, pricing, and other booking information displayed through Jane may be updated from time to time.
Payment & Insurance
Payment is due according to the policies presented at the time of booking or treatment. Payments are processed through Jane and its associated payment-processing services.
Bella Acupuncture does not currently bill or accept health insurance. Patients are responsible for payment for services received.
Pricing and available services may change from time to time. Current pricing will be displayed through our booking platform or otherwise communicated before treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole that could have been filled by another patient.
As such, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or who miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file amounting to 50% of the treatment cost.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese herbal products and formulas may be recommended as part of individualized care and may be purchased through Bella Acupuncture using Jane.
Herbal recommendations are individualized and should be used according to the instructions provided. Please inform your practitioner about medications, supplements, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and relevant health conditions so that these can be considered when making recommendations.
If you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction while using an herbal product, discontinue use and contact an appropriate healthcare professional as needed.
Contact Forms & Sensitive Health Information
Our website provides a general contact form for questions and inquiries.
